Unit Manager: independently managing a small company
Reporting to Regional Management, you are responsible for managing a profit centre with the primary objective of customer satisfaction.
Your missions include customer development and loyalty and you are the guarantor of your unit’s financial results.
Every day you work in the field with your customers and colleagues.
Your leadership ensures you motivate your teams and accompany them in managing their activity, in particular in observing work and safety conditions.
University educated, you have at least 8 years of experience as a profit centre manager.
Driven by a sense of service, you are very flexible in terms of working hours and travel.
