Over 50 years of history

The entrepreneurial history of GSF began with one man, Jean Louis Noisiez, in a small office on rue Trévise in Paris’ 9th arrondissement. It was 1st April 1963. A very symbolic date for a very serious business! The first customers quickly learned to trust this highly innovative entrepreneur in the field of industrial cleaning. The first employees were recruited. The Group quickly expanded to regions outside Paris and in 1983 embraced the international market.
Over 50 years later, the GSF Group has 30,000 employees and 111 sites in France.

1965

EXPANSION TO THE REST OF FRANCE

Dès 1965 le Groupe s'installe à Lille, terre natale du Président. Suivront bien d'autres villes sur tout le territoire dès 1967.

1978

THE GROUP HEAD OFFICE MOVES TO SOPHIA ANTIPOLIS

Le Groupe GSF est une des pionnières de la technopole, proche de Nice, mondialement connue.

1983

EXPANSION OVERSEAS (CANADA, USA, UK, SPAIN, MONACO)

Les 20 ans du Groupe sont l'occasion d'un nouvel élan, international cette fois, avec une première implantation au Canada. Une seconde étape importante avec les Etats-Unis en 1987. Suivront l'Angleterre en 1988 et l'Espagne en 1998.

2008

CREATION OF THE “JEAN LOUIS NOISIEZ GSF FOUNDATION” HELPING PEOPLE SUFFERING FROM ALZHEIMER’S

La suite logique de la volonté de Jean Louis Noisiez qui, depuis les débuts de GSF, n'a cessé d'aider des établissements de santé à s'équiper en matériel de pointe.

2012

THE FOUNDATION IS CLASSIFIED AS BEING OF PUBLIC INTEREST

L'aboutissement d'une longue démarche qui symbolise la détermination et l'ambition de Jean Louis Noisiez.

2013

GSF IS 50 YEARS OLD

Un anniversaire symbolique fêté dignement avec les équipes et les clients du Groupe. Avant tout une étape car l'aventure continue !

2015

CREATION OF A NEW SPECIALISED SUBSIDIARY

Après les filiales GSF Airport, GSF Aéro et GSF Energia, le Groupe crée une nouvelle filiale spécialisée dans le secteur ferroviaire " GSF Rail Services"
