I did a degree in food engineering.
After university, I wanted to work in the industrial cleaning sector which offered me a consulting position and a great deal of mobility in a horizontal role. I quickly learned my way around GSF.
After a year, I was appointed Unit Manager, a role where I wanted to give something back to the company, have a measurable impact and managerial responsibilities. Building with your teams is highly satisfying.
Helping people develop is genuinely rewarding. It wasn’t easy as I had to learn a new job and discover a new area. But you reap what you sow! I am a business manager. The builder of a structure entrusted to us. A mission in which we are supported, but not mothered.

Your mission is to ensure the development and management of the production company of which you are the Director, reporting to your National Production Director.
- You define the objectives for developing turnover and the customer development strategy,
- You work with your Unit Managers on customer development and loyalty,
- You manage your team and lead the company’s monthly meetings,
- You are responsible for the development, behaviour and safety of the staff and the good social atmosphere of the production company,
- You supervise and ensure the smooth administrative and financial management, in compliance with the regulations established by the GSF Group,
- You define the quality policy of the company in coherence with the group’s policy and you ensure its implementation,
- You manage the Quality System reviews and establish objectives for the roles concerned,
- You produce results at the meetings and for the management committee; you define the internal quality audit plans.
