LAËTITIA RICHAUD
Management Assistant, GSF Phocéa
Helping each other is essential within a team.
I joined GSF in 2001 as staff secretary in Aubagne. I was appointed to a role in Regional Management in November 2004.
My role is very diverse and enriching - it involves everything! I manage and assist the secretaries in our branches, I track reporting data and manage the GSF Phocéa IT resources, including first level support. I work very closely with Head Office, in particularly with the Administrative Department.
I also have a training role; I am always visiting different business units.
You always need to move forward in this role; there is a lot to do and everything is always urgent, but you’re never on your own. Helping each other is essential within a team.
I am lucky to work for a group like GSF. The company gives us a great deal and consideration for people makes all the difference.
